Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:Fullerton
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in PA. The BCBA will provide behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges, working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and skill deficits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Monitor and analyze data to assess client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in implementation of behavior plans.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Experience working with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
