Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Rye Brook, NY. This full-time, onsite position will involve providing physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals recover and improve their physical mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises, safety protocols, and injury prevention.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
