School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY)
Job Details:
- Location: Springfield, MA
- Position Type: Full-time
- Dates: ASAP Start - End of School Year
- Caseload: K-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress
- Adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support students' educational needs.
Qualifications:
- Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Massachusetts state licensure (ASHA certification).
- Experience in school settings is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication
- Ability to collaborate with others.
