Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist for a direct hire/contract-to-hire opportunity at a pharmacy near you! The ideal candidate must have recent or current long-term care pharmacy experience along with an active/clear pharmacist license in the State of Texas. Local candidates will be considered at this time.
Position: Staff Pharmacist
Shifts:- • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- • Every other weekend: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:- PV1 duties: Provide direct patient care and clinical verification. This includes working closely with healthcare providers to ensure medication regimens are accurate, safe, and effective, while also managing insurance determinations.
- PV2 duties: Oversee production and fulfillment processes, ensuring medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently. You'll also supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure quality control and adherence to pharmacy guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:- At least 1 year of high-volume LTC (Long-Term Care) experience
- Retail pharmacists with strong communication skills
- Must hold a TX Pharmacist License
