Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Pharmacist for an immediate start in Northwest Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a well-established healthcare facility. The position offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, primarily covering day shifts with occasional second shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing medications, advising healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Work with hospital IT systems, including EPIC and Pyxis, to manage medication orders and inventory.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Pharmacist license in Indiana.
- Available for full-time work with immediate start.
- Has some hospital experience, which is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with EPIC and Pyxis systems.
Schedule:
- Mainly day shifts with occasional second shifts as needed.
