Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time night-shift Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, following the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will also be required to promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. As a team member, the RN must be comfortable delegating and supervising support nursing staff who participate in the provision of care.
What You'll need:
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- 3 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS (Healthcare Provider) required and ACLS may be required
- Advanced current certification required or preferred for specific patient population: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nurse Care Course (TNCC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Wound Care, Procedural Sedation
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
