What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.
Shifts Available:
- Full-Time: Sat - Mon: 11PM 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
Expected starting wage range is $27.23 - $33.66
We pay differentials!!! The differential rates are paid at six percent (6%) of an employee’s base rate of pay for the evening (PM) shift, and ten percent (10%) of the base rate of pay for the night shift (NOC)
Weekend differential rates are paid at five percent (5%) of an employee’s base rate of pay for the day (AM) shift, eleven percent (11%) of the base rate of pay for the evening (PM) shift and fifteen percent (15%) of an employee’s base rate of pay for the night (NOC) shift.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

To Make Referrals: WALK-INS WELCOME. Individuals in crisis can access CSU services on their own or by referral. Referrals to the Windsor Center will be accepted from the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) outpatient clinics, full service partnerships (FSP), DBH Community Crisis Response Teams (CCRTs), law enforcement and first responders, hospital emergency rooms, mental health assessment teams, and other county medical clinics and departments.

About the Program: The Windsor Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
Windsor Center is under contract with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health.
