Currently, were hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Elmhurst, Illinois. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, youll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP. Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details: -$50 $54 an hour -8-week contracts -2024-2025 School Year
- $3000 assignment bonus for new Supplemental Health Care employees
- Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday.
- Start Date: April 7, 2025
- End Date: May 30, 2025
- Location: In-person
- Details: K-5 caseload of approximately 30-35 students, and the school bell times are 8:00am-3:15pm
-SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
-SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
-Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
-May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-language Pathology -Must have a Professional Educator License (PEL) from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) -IDFPR license
- Illinois SLP License
-American Heart Association BLS
-School Experience is Preferred but not required
-ASHA Certification
