We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in April at a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.

ASAP Start Date
Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week guaranteed
SNF and Rehab Optima experience preferred
Less than 1 year of experience required; New graduates will be considered
90% productivity expectation

From $1820.00 to $3413.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
