Job Title: Paraprofessional

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents in a collaborative environment.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Job Details:

Full time hours
1:1 support
Start: ASAP
1:1 support required

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers and therapy professionals in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
Provide individualized support to students based on their specific needs and learning goals.
Monitor and document students' progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers as needed.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times to ensure their safety and well-being.
Provide classroom support for students in small groups or one-on-one sessions.
Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
