VocoVision is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students in the Manchester area. Our company connects exceptional therapy professionals with students requiring specialized support through our innovative remote service delivery model.
Position Scope
This remote therapy position typically involves 35-37.5 hours per week conducting evaluations and providing intervention services. You'll leverage our cutting-edge technology platform to deliver high-quality speech and language services while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Student Demographics

Elementary and Middle School students (K-8)
Students requiring therapy for:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Expressive and receptive language delays
- Social communication challenges
- Fluency disorders
Caseload size typically ranges from 40-60 students based on service minutes

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations via virtual platform
Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
Provide direct therapy services to address communication goals
Create engaging digital therapy materials and activities
Monitor and document student progress consistently
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences
Collaborate with educational team members
Maintain compliance with documentation requirements
Provide parent/caregiver training and support as needed

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active New Hampshire speech-language pathology license
Minimum of 2 years experience in a school setting
Experience with virtual therapy delivery preferred
Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with diverse student populations

Technology Requirements

Dedicated workspace that ensures session confidentiality
Reliable computer with webcam and microphone
High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms
Experience with digital therapy materials and resources
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
