You will work closely with case management to ensure responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process for the inpatient acute rehab program. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Professional in the state of Texas and possess 2+ years of recent clinical care experience. BCLS certifications are preferred and candidate must pass facility credentialing for Functional Independence Measurement (FIM) within 90 days of hire.
